Who we are

Holtmere is a woodland sauna and natural swimming venue being built in Devon. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Holtmere is the data controller for the information described below. You can reach us at hello@holtmere.com.

What we collect

If you join the priority list, we collect your first name and your email address. That is all. We do not ask for a postal address, a phone number, or payment details, and we do not collect anything about you automatically beyond what your browser sends to load the page.

Why we collect it

To write to you about Holtmere opening, and to give priority list members first access to sessions before they are released publicly. We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who else sees it

Our email is sent through MailerLite, who store your name and email on our behalf as a data processor. Our website is hosted by Vercel. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone else for marketing.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this page before anything is set.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until you ask us to delete it. If Holtmere does not go ahead, we will delete the list.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, which removes you from the list. Email hello@holtmere.com and we will deal with it within one month.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
